I take a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar everyday mixed in with warm water, a squeeze of lemon, honey and sometimes I add a dash of Cayanne pepper. Over the past 8 years of so I've perfected my ACV drink so that the apple cider vinegar isn't so terrible to drink. Yet, still I've always longed for a better, tastier way to have my Apple Cider Vinegar.
I was introduced to Goli in early 2020 (pre-pandemic). Goli is an Apple Cider Vinegar Gummy flavored with I received my first bottle of Goli back in January/February but then the Pandemic happened and my excitement for an AVC gummy got distracted by life moving at the speed of light!
However, I did continue to take my Goli Gummies almost everyday because I enjoyed it way more than my traditional way of consuming ACV but I just ordered a new package of Goli Gummies that will get me through a few months. Replacing my traditional way of consuming Apple Cider Vinegar as really improved the quality of my experience with taking ACV. Taking AVC straight out of the bottle, even when it's mixed into a sweet drink is still extremely bitter and you can never really mask the sourness of the ACV. Goli Gummies tastes like a delicious gummy vitamin. It has a pleasant more acceptible tang to it that's not overpowering like ACV can be. That's because Goli Gummies is flavored with real apples, beetroots, pomegranates that make the ACV gummy taste more like a candy than ACV. Goli Gummies contains all of the nutritious benefits of apples, beets and pomegranates as well as vitamin B12, Citric Acid and Vitamin9. Each Gummy contains only 15 calories, 1g of sugar, and 500mg of ACV. They don't contain wheat, yeast, milk gluten, soy, gelatin, peanuts, shellfish, dairy, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
One draw back from Goli Gummies is that in order to get the daily recommended benefits of ACV, you ave to take at least 2 gummies, 3 times a day. That's a lot of gummies AND that's a lot of responsibility to remember to take them if you're not going to be taking 6 gummies all at once. It can also be rather costly. A single Goli bottle is $19.00. You can purchase bundles of 3 and 5 months but each bottle has 60 gummies which is only going to last you about 10 days if you're taking 6 gummies a day.
I really love to concept of Goli. They were early to solve the problem of helping people overcome the taste and take ACV. Since there's been competitors popping up. I have yet to try any of them but here's how I balance the prestige cost of buying Goli and stretching the bottle to actually last a month vrsus going through a bottle in 10 days; I take my Goli Gummy in place of my traditional ACV on days when I'm on the go and I don't have time to make my go to ACV drink. I also take the Goli Gummies when I'm traveling instead of skipping my ACV concoction all together.
